Calculator entries

The two ventilation planners calculate in your browser. They do not ask for a name, email, postal address or account. Submitting a calculation does not send the entered home dimensions to a quotation service or save a personal profile. A print command uses your browser's print function.

Contact messages

The contact form sends the email address, optional name and subject, and message you provide to the site's contact-processing route. We use the message to answer your request or check a correction. The form does not enroll you in a mailing list and is not an installation-lead form.

Spam controls can process a sending IP address and form timing. Do not put sensitive personal information in a correction request. Ask through the same form if you want your contact message removed or corrected. Retention can include records needed to handle the request or comply with applicable obligations; no automatic deletion interval is promised here.

Website measurement and storage

The hosting service can process basic request information needed to serve and protect the site. We use our cookieless analytics provider for page-view and performance data; it sets no cookies. We use Google Analytics, provided by Google, which sets cookies, to understand how people use this site. It collects pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser information, and outbound link clicks. For visitors in the European Economic Area (EEA), the UK, Iceland, Liechtenstein and Norway, a banner asks for consent and analytics does not load until you choose Accept. A saved Accept choice allows it to load on later visits; Decline keeps it off. Global Privacy Control (GPC) opts you out of analytics in every region; enable it in a supporting browser and reload this site. Elsewhere, analytics loads directly without a banner. To withdraw a saved Accept choice, clear this site's data, including cookies and local storage, in your browser and reload, then choose Decline when the banner appears. Clearing site data elsewhere does not prevent analytics loading again; browser tracking controls can block requests.

Local preferences can be stored by your browser. We do not use the calculators to create saved user accounts or a family of personalized page URLs. There is no email subscription or downloadable lead magnet on this site.

External documents and purchase links

Following an affiliate link sends referral and request information to our affiliate partners and link-redirect provider. Those services may use cookies to attribute a purchase. Their privacy policies apply to their processing.

Your choices

You can use the manual worksheets without entering personal details. Browser settings control local storage and printing. For contact-message questions or a privacy correction, use the contact form. We do not sell your contact details or add them to another company's marketing list.

We use Google Analytics to understand site usage. It processes cookie identifiers, pages viewed, approximate location and device/browser information. It loads after consent where required and is blocked by Global Privacy Control. See how Google uses information from partner sites.

Our hosting provider stores contact messages in a delivery queue for up to 90 days; delivery may remove them sooner. This expiry applies to the queue, not delivered correspondence.

IP-based contact spam-limit records expire within 25 hours.

Delivered contact messages remain in our mailbox until deleted. You can request deletion through our contact page.

Subject to applicable law, you can request access to, correction or deletion of your personal data, restrict or object to processing, and withdraw consent. Use our contact page to exercise these rights or raise a privacy question.
